I only see 20 townhomes in entire Frisco.

There are 200+ homes though. It looks a lot, but we don't know for sure - we have to see the history and typical volumes to see.

A lot of people who buy stocks buy on others recommendations. Never do their own research.

Same with house buying. Calculator or Excel sheet mundesukoni, or using Bankrate.com for 5 mins will give a clarity on whether house buying is good now. But chala mandi ila cheyaru. FOMO is the reasons. Pakkodu edi cheste, manam kudaa ade cheyali

Smart people got into housing market for investment long back.

What’s wrong in buying holding as investment…when you have opportunity invest. As long as the investment was done at market value it’s good.

crunch here is.. people buying with taking bank loans with higher Interest rates (More than 7%). 

What if they cant find renter for over 3-4 month period ? Its a big loss no.
