some renter will always come…have to lower rent anthey until better times come later.

RE is super slow in returns…can’t expect immediate returns.

Ask anyone who bought home last 20 to 10 years…lots of ups and downs but overall up over the decades.

some rent may come ba.. but on the horizon of 30 year loan with 7% API. the cost of owner ship will surpass the returns.
