Most capitals in US states are in center geogprahically. If a city already developed then thats another issue. WHen there is oppurtunity for a ground up city then why not make it convenient ?

Newly formed aithe AP must go back to agriculture aa ? em matladuthunnavura. AP has its capital as hyderabad - and it must again have same capital in shortest time possivble. How can anyone talk like this.
