- Inventory levels are bound to increase. 

- End of the year there will be good opportunities where buyers have more power (Opposite to bidding wars in 2021/2022).

Logically yes. 

But when market starts dropping, they will sit on sidelines anticipating further drops. Same way as stock market. When that FEAR Strikes, its different.

I am sensing Austin is correcting more compared with Dallas and Frisco. Is Frisco more desi than Dallas?
