These are not for independent housing but for Building high rises like 50 story buildings for apartments and commercial purposes. Per sft 7-10k nadustunnadi, 1 acre ki avg GA 200 apartments kadutaru, each apartmeny avg 1cr anukunna akkadane 200cr, 100cr construction cost anukunna per acre they wi make 50cr

Agreed. But  50 store building aaa. Wtf….1 acre lo 200 apartments aaa. Are you serious? Inkaa amenities ki space ekkada untadhiii.

 

Also I think budwel is under that GO 111 affected zone. Correct? Aaa range lo kattanisthara??? Endhooo Hyd ni M kudupthunnaruuu complete ga.

Gotcha. Have you ever seen a 50 store residential building in vomerica? I’m not sure if I saw one even in Manhattan or Bay Area. Hyd is a different level then. Competing with China and Dubai in terms of construction.

I checked out few apartments for investment purposes, almost all andaru RCC (reinforced concrete construction) style construction chestunnaru, no pillars or bricks,they are able to build fast and the construction will last longer and chedalu Radu since no mud bricks are used

Construction industry came a long way in India and interior lo kuda chala options vachinayi

God only knows. I have no idea how this system functions. They publicly advertise the real price of a property in websites etc. Yet when it comes to registration the amount paid is almost negligible. Govt just doesn’t care and our world functions on this black money. It’s weird. But I’m done investing in Indian real estate
