Vendors usually have a NDA signed with customers (Banks in this case). Usual ga bank NDA's wont allow Contractors (or even FTEs) to work from home or outside country. Of course Covid changed that and banks had to adapt still might restrict contractors working from outside country.

PPl who are working might have taken prior permission. If not, banks usually have policies in place to alert access from other countries.

Some countries laws says that they should pay taxes in other countries if they worked from there. For e.g. if you are working from Singapore for 2 months, you are supposed to pay taxes there. I am not sure if IRS will have a problem with this but your company might. Since you are working from India, they may ask you to take Indian salary.

Thanks bro how about working for small financial company (Premier bank) with 2000 employees and it is a local small bank I don't think small bank has access issue top banks aite nuve chepedhi correct anukuntuna.

Health care, Tech and pharma companies no issues. But I am hearing a lot of companies are putting policies around this. Like people can work for upto 45 days remote from India. This gives flexibility for genuine people who have needs (Parents getting sick, etc) to work from India and also cuts down on people who are taking advantage (having ***** working from india or they themselves working from india)

More companies and industries will follow.
