Honestly CBN failed big time to even build a road from NH16 to Amaravati...single lane road ee undi for most part.. Amaravati vachhaka wide roads start ayi end ayi potaai movie sets la.. 

It was a golden chance iconic M***a anukuntoo time waste cheyyakunda roads vesi.. ee IAS, IPS officers, Quarters avi complete chesi unte.officers ni occupy cheyinchesi unte. Amaravati ee roju ee parstiti lo undedi kadu..

Because it was never built and it lacked basic amenities it was very easy for Jagan to Kill it.
