Serious question....Any one dealing with Autism kid? or your friends kid?

Friend doctor told that his kid has autism, they are in their second trisemister and family doctor advising to abort as they say its too hard for kid + parents also in the world and try another one, they became pregnant after 5 years of marriage and are in deep cry all their happiness evaporated, don't know what to do, what's your advice?

I am not 100% sure

I think autism cannot be diagnosed in second trimester , only down syndrome etc 

Autism has broad spectrums , you will not even know until kid is two anatlu gurthu
