First of all, don't think you are alone in this boat. This is one of the perks of Remote work. 

Do some networking to meet other people or Indians as friends. If you are an introvert, check with your friends to see if any other desis in your area. Gym is a good place to meet new people or make new friends and also great inspiration. You will have some gym crush's. Enjoy.

Make a list of all the things that make you happy. Indulge more in those. 

Learn more about stocks, learn about crypto, get into photography, read books, gym. Something to keep your idle brain busy.
