Couldn't handle depression and anxiety, life has become horrible

Already did anna but it didn't help and moreover I got more depressed after seeing the bill

Get busy. When you busy you get no time to think about anything else. 

I am not getting any time for myself that is also one of the cause of my depression. All my time is sucked by my job and family

Technical ga sound and Visa tension lekunte try for another. Don't be depressed bro. Life ante work ane batch chala mandhi vunnaru. Everyone workaholic kaaru. May be nee manager gadu adhenemo. Aa baadacaw ki other life vundi saavadhu always work work. Looks like nuv 9-5 batch. Just look for alternatives appati varaku be strong. Job Kosam depressed asale avvaku. Mental peace is important bro.

Bro ,hope you get better soon .Try taking up a physical activity like gym or a sport atleast for 1 hour a day…and try doing what you like atleast for 15 mins everyday..Lastly try writing a journal with the list of things you are grateful for atleast for 5 mins every night.These things will give you a complete new perspective to your life..All the very best & you will win this bro..Believe me👍

Have an honest conversation with your manager. Let him know the struggles you are facing and ask him to go easy on you. Everyone has problems at home but we have to make sure it does not impact much. So put together a plan to get back to focusing on work. 

You need to make a list of whats bothering you the most? Do not keep yourself idle. Do something you like. Take a 3-day course online from Art of Living or Sadhguru. Be honest with them. They will suggest a 30 min daily exercise and do it without fail.

Spend more time with wife and kids (if you have). Play board games. Talk to your parents regularly. 

If there are any toxic people in your life, cut them off or limit your time with them if you cannot avoid them.

Try to go to gym for 2 hours remove the stress ! Every dog its day wait for time. Mean while record the sessions and note the dates and club as much groups domains u can. Gym very important coming to family go take ur wife to dinner give her ground reality rest wait for time
