May be evvado numbers teesi vuntadu baaa… it will get worst for IT… ABCD kids are in line for most of IT jobs… right now they are in line for interns but eventually it will be a tough competition for all… all OPTs can be replaced by these citizen interns…

these rules can not be enforced on paper ...

as H1B is a legally valid work visa that can work for any... approved by DOL, DHS and USCIS ...

the rule can be a verbal one ... and enforced without any written documentation ... aka "inbetween lines"
