Plan to settle down, work-life-balance -> gives a feeling you want to relax in this Job.

                  Better answers

Talk about the Industry that the company is in -> Lets say if its lifesciences or medical devices or Pharma .. Say "I am exicited for this opportunity to be a part of an industry that does research and betters the lives of humans"

1. As a consultant I have put together smart solutions working on latest & greatest technologies, but I do not have a complete understanding of how my solutions sre used in the organization and would love to be part of the end to end process and it would also help me.

2. As a consultant, once the project is over, my role is done. However i never knew how the solution is performing or how the organization is using it. I would love to understand business knowledge around the processes so that I could better my technology and provide better solutions to organizations.

3. I want to have a sense of ownership. As a consultant I never get that. I am brought to perform a role and I leave once done. I want to make myself a better techie, provide better solutions and being full-time provides that opportunity. I will bring a sense of ownership into the team and when combined with the passion I have for technology, I think its a win-win for both.

Something along these lines always impresses interviews. Also, mean it when you say it.

Thanks bro useful information.
