first aquire huting license from your respective state ..

then use it to purchase legal weapon ...

hmm...  u can buy a bb gun (air gun or pellet gun) ... these fire small pellets ...

no permit or license required ...

they look like real guns ... with small yellow cap at the tip

yes non lethal ... but can hurt if shot in close range ..

but they are good enough to scare animals ... on the trail like bears, mountain lions, coyotes
