looking for FT jobs and I got a job confirmed for a contract . FT job next 2 weeks lo confirmation chances vundi and i have to attend 3rd interview

how to manage now please advise

There is no guarantee of a FT job. Go for contract and when a FT Job is offered, you can quit the contract (if you want to).

Thanks bro market is uncertain want to take the contract job and wait for fulltime .

i would  do that  ..

i had a name sake 4th round which was confirmed.. after 2 days they  canceled  that position.. 

so take it for now

4th round ki cancelled ? HR and hiring manager are I think it is better to take the job which ever comes first. genuine ga vunte IT lo brathakadam kastam bro

Work on your resume and LinkedIn profile and make it attractive. If needed, hire a professional resume writer. Else, catch hold of your friends and send it to them. Ask for an honest review.
