in how many days we can open LLC ? I have a job on 1099 or C2C and vendor is not accepting on W2

your state's Secretary of State website. Download the forms and file Articles of Incorporation

Can I reside in GA, and open an LLC in Delaware? 

I have some friends who live over there. I can use their address. I heard there are some tax benefits.

yes you can. Or you could use a Registered Agent to represent you in DE for a fee. Check out BizFilings.

Also check out WY for better benefits. You would need a Registered Agent if you don't have an address there

just go to IRS and choose subchapter S-corp if you want while applying for EIN (s-corp better for very small companies).

open a checking account. Maintain all biz expenses in that account.

file annual returns with SoS every year.
