Python is compulsory, also Terraform, Ansible sometimes shell as well

Interviews processes are badly broken. Iche money ki expectations ki no link. 

Employees ki kooda quarterly, half early and annual laaga tests pettali companies lo ani antunnna bench men.

Mostly scenario based but what they normally do is give you a situation where say you have to automate a process, how would you approach that situation. Write a code or a test case where you can automate it in Python, aa type lo. 

Thing is I am not saying it's very difficult, but it takes practice. First time if you are doing it I think it could make you a bit nervous and you might not be able to write it from scratch without taking too much time, so best to practice writing Python code and get hands on with it.

Yeah that's there but that's also because the market is so saturated plus too many people applying for a few jobs, so employers have all the power now.

Python most of the times. Ansible is easy enough but Python you have so many libraries to use for any given scenario
