mutton biryani la beef kaluptunnada endi..last 2 times ordered i could not eat..same taste it tastes real bad..some different smell n taste ..

all bay area restaurants use same meat - its not beef its a very agead goat which weights 60-70 labs thats why its hard and smells bad - got to any buffet restaurant as well its the same - dark meat

Fresh local goat sells for 12-15 dollars bro - goat is a luxury in USA very few understand this .

This is lamb - Aus Newziland always cheap because it is processed off shore and probably not halal and takes 2-3 months to reach here

One show know the difference between lamb and goat - Lamb is for wool and meat  - Goat is for meat - Also to cut the whole goat it cost labour of 2-3$ per pound .

Bayarea lo $17 pound unnadi, wholesale Kona $13 unnadi. Vani $5 saving unna a lot of saving, Costco also sells cube version.

but in the end they are not going to buy fresh off the farm, 2-3 months ayite endi mutton ee kada, all American stores only New Zealand mutton including whole foods, sprouts etc

The point of this topic is meat is not tender and smelly - that is the difference bro if you are ok with hard meat and smelly meat you can go buy $5 in costo cut it at home and save your money .

mee Area lo Sprouts unte try their lamb. I’m not a fan of lamb compared to goat but sprouts source it from a good vendor and it’s always super tender but expensive

exactly the point of whole discussion - if its local - its tender fresh and tasty but expensive .

I reduced eating goat outside long back in restaurants because of bad quality.

Try Ghee roast Goat biryani at Biryani junction & temptations. Me and my friends like it, but my wife does not like it coz of ghee.

Bay Area Restaurants goat biryanis and curries and the buffets are Plosion in long run - its bitter truth .
