Bay area dublin paradise biryani

Goat prices have skyrocketed during Covid and halal shops wont reduce them even now. $17 at most shops.

But consider this .. Lets say you eat alternate weeks or twice a month. 2 pounds each time. It costs $68.

$68 per month is not bad if you really love Goat and want to eat frequently. $17/lb is expensive but when you look at what you spend in a month its not too bad...

99 Ranch has decent Goat meat (not lamb). They source it from NZ/Aus. Prices range from 6.99/lb - 12.99/lb.

I have heard of Goat from Costco Business center. Never tried from there. Do you need a separate membership or your current one works there?

exactly the point of whole discussion - if its local - its tender fresh and tasty but expensive .

not entirely true, it always depends on the vendor and the price you’re paying even though they’re shipped all the way from NZ frozen(nothing wrong with frozen meat)

Appa kadai lo same experience

I tried appa kadai 2 times on friends recommendation. Did not like much.

I feel Amaravati and Biryani Junction are decent. Paradise is also OK. That's about it.

Any new good restaurants? @MiryalgudaMaruthiRao ??

You are just biased bro - how it will be good when every one uses same meat ?  There is saying in Vemana Padyalu - Gangi Govu Palu - This applies to  All those who dose not know the difference .

Read my messages again basha bhai ... We don't eat mutton from outside much. Stopped long back due to lack of quality.

We do try other dishes and the restaurants I mentioned are decent.

I reduced eating goat outside long back in restaurants because of bad quality.

Try Ghee roast Goat biryani at Biryani junction & temptations. Me and my friends like it, but my wife does not like it coz of ghee.

I tried gongura goat biryani.. its gud..

Bay Area Restaurants are going through big shift all the old timers took exit and gone after Covid - all current guys are these new guys no experience no qualified chefs - Just who ever comes they will hire and try till he leaves and find the next guy - its very expensive to run a good  dine in restaurant in Bay Area . Thats why none exist - Only Few restaurants available with seating - Although they have telugu names their chefs are Goan , Tamil , Punjabi , Nepali - Those guys follow the steps for few weeks than find shortcuts to make it quickly - Either Bulk Cook or  Skips the steps - So no Consistency .
