Job guarantee and reservations are reason for poor service in Govt sector in India?

Reservations are thing of a past…like a slow death. Next decade ie reservation ni evadu pattinchukodu inka…education and jobs, there are enough seats for anyone who wants to study and public sector recruitment will not be the same anymore. Reservations ekuva avasaram padindi ie areas lo and none of them are siginificant.

Public sector and governments la attitude ae antha evadem cheyaledu ani but as more and more citizen services being digitized, valla involvement taggipotadi and eventually improvement kanipistayi

Absolutely not , it will still be just as bad if there was no reservations 

Main reason is the structure of the govt organisations which are not accountable to the people

For example judiciary is the worst government organisation in India but they don't have reservation.

More than reservation, its the culture that needs to change.

No appraisals, cannot terminate employment, no targets, promotions based on experience and not on capability, etc etc - Guess what happens. Govt emps become complacent.

Also power to approve certain things have given them a means to earn money via bribes ...
