During last assemble elections (after elections & before results were declared) an opportunity presented itself on Vij-Bhadrachalam highway near Vijayawada. I took a calculated risk and bought lands on/besides highway for long term. These deals came through a relative. Prices plummeted, after results were declared. During last 4 yrs this guy never called us.

Today he called and pressurized my dad to sell.. Offer for 30% more than our price. I called him after this and listened to all his crap and said I don't want to sell, rather I am willing to buy at these prices. He kept quiet.

how many acres you bought/ for how much/ how much are they asking for now ?

I also heard babu vastadu ani land values picking up around amaravati. Maa mestri okka 10 acres konnadu in amaravati rural and was telling it will definitely increase after election. 

I am not interested in babu or jagan but if its an investment opportunity then why not? Anyone with knowledge about that area nijamena??

Those who think TDP is coming to power in Andhra should definitely invest around amaravathi and sell assets outside Krishna/guntur districts 

Even if CBN doesn't do much the hype itself will increase prices by atleast 2 to 3 times

Evvadu kontunna antunnadu baaa… I heard no buyers when I try to sell my land in VJA.. ofcourse prime area kadu but check cheste antha silent ga vunnaru… I think you should wait until govt changes… which will happen after six years
