G Konduru vjw-badrachalam bypass highway. Facing highway 2.5 lakhs/cent in 2019. Offering 3.25 lakhs/cent now. 
0.5-1 km from highway paid 33 lakhs/acre in 2019.

Maa relative chala knack ga trap chesadu parents ni last time. Mee vuru kadaa konandi ani. 
I knew it was a risk at that time but bought with long term in view. But yesterday he was like sell, it’s good price etc. 

I hVe no intention to sell esp the one on highway. My kids or grand kids will remember me for that. 😂

One of my friend said 20k/sq yard for commercial plot in amaravati which I felt is a good price for investment. Experts here can confirm or deny that.

I also feel irrespective of Govt, it’s a good investment. Just thinking economics

My mestri bought for 13K/sq yard. The person selling him bought it for 10K anta. Uppudu he is telling easy ga 16-18K undi and election lo babu vaste it will be 20-25K/sq yard. I have no interest in govt or parties but just wanted to find out from investment point of view.

how is it a good investment irrespective of gov? Jagan anna vaste capital shift chestadu...even if the court dont allow it....raje talchukunte tebbalaki kodava typelo jagan anna develop cheykudadu ani fix aite emfektam?

Safest bet is Vjw-Gtr highway...irrespective of gov it will grow
