normandy is not a cheap builder. if high price is your filter ... go for southgate homes , highland homes , grand homes , shaddock and toll brothers.

Yea man! In Dallas if you’d any in less than $1M home it’s considered cheap in my friend circle. My friend all min $1M homes and one friend even spend 4M for a home in Dallas. So my circle is very rich and don’t deal with cheap people like @HER00
