As long as the inventory is tight, the demand will continue… but  house dream will be distant for people in the middle class because of high interest rates..

Rent them. Keep your savings in bank. Pay portion of your rent with that interest. Much better. No need to buy

Many ppl in middle class but homes with 5% down.. some even take federal assistance.. for them, these interest rates and home prices are prohibitive..

Sellers are buying down rates bro no one paying 7% interest rates. Buying down to 5-6% mostly. Some builders even offering 4.99 for inventory. 7% and above ki nijamga konte matram kastame

nenu ade anukunnanu.but not in everyone case.

two of our friends locked rates this month, both got close to 6.8 without any closing costs covered. 

one in dallas , other in cypress (houston)
