 funds allocated to NASA vs Isro? ISRO is very ahead of NASA in my opinion with the limited funds and only local talent.

Its like saying infosys is a ahead of Google and Microsoft just because they can write some code, what resources do you think NASA had jn 1959? They basically paved everyone a way to explore, when they made the formulas and apparatus it is easy for everyone to copy.

ISRO made incredible achievements for a developing country as India but to compare and say they are better than NASA is not right.

NASA is doing some advanced research which is like  many decades ahead of you think ISRO can do.

bhayya NASA funding between 59-68 was around 25 billion dollars atla chuskunna 2.5 billion dollars per year very very high. ISRO might not be greater than NASA but NASA did have lot of funding during space war.  NASA 4 days lo pampindante because of saturn V rocket which was wayyy powerful because it transported around 50,000 kgs compared to chandrayaan 3 which is lot smaller around 3500 kgs and to construct a rocket again like saturn V is not even possible to US with current budget constraints  inka manam cheyyalante full funding kavale
