Liquidated some of the equity last month... I am on cash position now (~600k)

I am expecting the stock market to crash in the coming months and combination of higher interest rates, very dangerous scenario for housing and whole inventory thing is actually saving the housing market. If the inventory problems normalize, the correction of house values will be huge..

Very close to reality Sonu. My views are similar to this.

I had a different view a few months back with respect to Stock market which I thought will correct only little. Now I think it will crash more.

Same with housing. Fed is hell bent on bringing down both the markets.

I think who ever is buying with these Interest rates will pay huge interest towards the EMIs
