I have shown you with clear data that Hyderabad prices have gone higher under TDP govt, So your argument is wrong

Besides, if only capital city deserves infrastructure and real estate investors then it's better to divide the state as soon as possible.

TDP apudu initial boom, agriculture lands got converted to residential places, so that was reasonable.. ippatidi senseless growth.. emina affortability unda asal middle class & upper middle class ki.. 

dumb thing to compare with TDP rule which ended 20 years back. And I dont even understand how's that a  defence.
