afford cheyagaligitae I think NYC area is one of the best places to live, great schools, higher pay and lot of things to do.

Biggest con enti antae, both state income(it can quickly go up to 8 to 11%) and property(as much as TX if not more, that too on higher prices) but very high upside in terms of opportunities and career growth.
