I asked my relatives anna. Only one person i know applied for renewal and got it in one month. If it was taking 2 yrs for everyone, it would have been in news

he went to chirala recently, applied DL… no card delivered since 70days… 

he even canceled return flight to usa for not getting DL…

note: he also submitted recommendation letter from CM Stalin.. still no luck
