Apparently those who bought lands got extremely low returns , less than inflation . Land rate only doubled after 8 to 9 years 

Only one two companies operating there torrent power and tata power , remaining units backed away after signing MOU's due to low returns

Not everyone can turn infrastructure in to actual economic activity like CBN can.

Not everyone can turn infrastructure in to actual economic activity like CBN can.

Gujarat state government spent less than 4000 crores including land acquisition costs in last 15 years for dholera . That is not even half of what AP spent on amaravathi . Atleast they have land , two companies to show for it 

Show me a single infrastructure project that chamba built in current andhra pradesh in his 14 year rule. I am really curious cause I cannot find any significant one at all

Gujarat grew faster than AP entire time chamba was CM and they ran surplus budgets too unlike AP

చంద్రబాబు పని చెయ్యటం మానేసి మీడియా బృదం తోటి డప్పు కొట్టించుకున్నాడు. పని తగ్గింది ప్రచార ఆర్భాటం ఎక్కువైంది. దీనికి మళ్ళి మోడీ కి అమరావతి అంటే గిట్టదు ఎందుకంటే దోలేరా ఉందంటా! ఇది కుల మీడియా చెప్పటం, పచ్చ తమ్ముళ్లు రెచ్చిపోవటం. మోడీ గుజరాత్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఉన్నపుడు గిఫ్ట్ సిటీ ని ప్రారంభించి ఐదు ఏళ్లలో ఒక స్థాయీ కి తీసుకువచ్చారు. ఒక ఫేజ్ మటుకు కచ్చితంగా పూర్తిచేసాడు. అప్పటి ప్రధాన మంత్రి మన్మోహన్ సింగ్ చేతుల మీదుగా ప్రారంభం అయింది. మన బాబు గారు మాత్రం తాత్కాలిక సచివాలయం, రేకుల షెడ్డు వేసి, భారీమొత్తం లో భూదందా చేసి ప్రజలు ఇచ్చిన సమయాన్ని వృధా చేసాడు. ఇప్పటికీ వాళ్ళ ఆర్ధిక నష్టాన్ని ప్రజల నష్టం గా, వాళ్ళ కష్టాన్ని  ప్రజల కష్టంగా  ప్రచారం చేసి పబ్బం గడుపుకుంటున్నారు!
