CAA goes against equality before law as it allows hindu immigrants from bangladesh and pakistan but not muslims.

Also CAA does NOT allow hindu immigrants from sri lanka.

Emi ledu.. BJP is too arrogant to even try for a consensus on any bill… Congress/ earlier bjp jamana lo every bill used to go through a debate and consensus process.. amendments jarigevi after taking everyone’s inputs and concerns into account.. democracy lo debate and consensus is very important.. 

ippudu they just bulldoze all the bills and approve them without any discussions.. pass ayyaka andaru godava chesthe, they revoke it.. look at farms bill, CAA, data protection act, etc etc…

-  because in Pakistan and Bagladesh are minorities, not Majority unlike Muslims.

Discussions and consensus don’t happen in parliament.. when govt wants to pass a bill, they give the bill to all the parties upfront and conduct closed door discussions with them.. especially the main opposition party.. once they get decent enough support, then they go for a parliament debate.. 

the same thing happens here in US too..

I said bulldozing as there is no plan to discuss the bill and get consensus.. that is how the ruling party works now.. they just pass the bill with their majority directly in the parliament..

NRC is about creating a register of all 140 crore citizens. Thats means your grandfather who had no papers will be dragged to govt offices to prove to modi and shah and he is still an indian even if he can tell 7 generations of his ancestors.

but where is the clause that you have to go and prove all 140cr people have to submit some form to prove that...

I am saying there are certain sect of people that needs to do it..not all 140cr..

how will you document ALL citizens ba ?  it is registry of all citizens - means you need to prove to be a citizen to be added.
