By not doing second jaab, I have mitigated the risks you mentioned.

Career growth vs instant money very difficult choice

1 full time people have natural progression in the career slowly promotions but they gain expiernce in higher roles if you work dedicated 100% going extra mile , career mida confidence etc etc 

But vaalu icche 5- 8 percent hikes tho emi pikutam ane valu untaru, nuvu entha chesina oka PIP lo pedthe career antha fasak

Vs two jobs people just do for the sake of it get two pay checks invest in homes multiply, create passive  but after 2 3 years same slogging no role progression , career wise multiple exposure to different clients 

 

I think most of us will choose second job
