Anything cold pressed is better. Use avacado oil for cooking.. There is a lot of fake avacado oil so be careful when buying. chosen foods from costco is better

olive oil is good for salads but not for high heat cooking ( indian curries ) ..

canola is junk.made up oil..stay away

 

use peanut, sunflower , key is switch both oils every month and don't use one type of oil for long time.

if possible also inlcude olive, sesame oil. Again keep switching, to get all benefits.
