Back to original question - With new variants, is it better to take the booster so that even if you are infected, effects will be less. Or better to skip booster and go through with the painful process?

Any idea on the tablets that Pfizer came up with to treat covid? Did any one take? Are they better?

I would never take booster again, rather let body fight itself.

Yes. We all need Vitamin B12 to keep us active. Vitamin D3 to absorb calcium, etc etc.

get a bivalent booster also Paxlovid, you will be safe
