Luckily for them, not many americans in IT. But it is changing going forward. Lot of indian kids (Citizens) are taking IT jobs these days.

When it comes to hiring, companies mostly prefer bachelor students (campus hiring), Intern jobs getting permanent. 

It will get difficult but Indians are smart and easily adapt and good at finding opportunities. They will figure this out. Else they go back.

If not IT jobs they will settle for something else. I don't know if any one notice but this "Keep going" attitude is what makes us good in IT.
