In my experience, every person taking a full time role should negotiate salary. Its a skill. Be firm and at the same time be flexible. Don't be stubborn.

You can negotiate "no of days you work in office", starting salary (upto 15-20k is ok), sign on bonus (mention moving expenses) and RSUs.

If they offer sign on bonus and not increase salary, ask them to convert 15k into salary increase. 

Everything depends on how well you did interview and how much they need you. 

Start your conversation with something like "I am very excited about this opportunity but I want to make sure I am happy with money too. Salary is good, but my expectations are a little higher. 15k more, 10-15k sign on bonus. I also want to check on company policy on RSU for this role, etc. Also ask about your role, team size, future opportunities so that it does not look like its all about salary.
