Typically 7 years ARM holders would pay off loan in 7 years anna..

They are cheaper than 30-yr but based on existing interest rates.

Ppl who took 5yr (2018-2019) and 7 yr ARM (2016-2017) will be forced to refinance at existing rates which will be too expensive. But IMO, there wont be many ppl. Most ppl refinanced during 2020-2021. So these ARM's will become problem between 2025 and 2027.
