Most of the developers of rockets, culture of people around ISRO who provide them with food, peace etc speak tamil, telugu gatra.

Most of knowledge that these people learn is in english.

But final announcements and live telecast is in hindi.

Is this a country or an empire ruled by hindi ?

there are plenty of current examples to learn from. like a budding Tamil nationalist movement in your neighbourhood, a murderous assamese nationalist movement that killed 1000s of bengalis and left millions without homes in the last couple decades.
