We cannot generalize property market appreciation to be equal around the world and every land is not BAY AREA to see that kind of appreciation..

There are many who lost money in buying selling of their homes and in general with few exceptions property market investments cannot beat inflation ..

Even bay area also may see downfall if tech goes down for whatever reason..

Generally property market is  placed under secondary investment strategy where primary is stock market ..

ok did you got the understanding of the numbers ? I took same example in Bay Area Dallas etc , I always say the same general American real estate market is different from desi dominated areas no fundamentals are working and there is no sanity , will desis buy in other areas as primary mostly no

Yeah I understand your numbers and the appreciation percentages .. but nenu cheppindi it's not like every Desi dominated  areas are bound to appreciate..

Very recently Oka comment chadivaanu in some wsj article that one Indian said he lost money when he sold his property in X area in new jersey ..

Myself I have 2 own homes but stay in rented flat as own home I brought in bangalore is not in good location .. naaku sentiment leedu to have attachment to own home as end of day I stay where my day- to -day work is made easier.. 

Oppenheimer,  Einstein lanti vallu permanent own homes loo yekkada vunnaru cheppu ? They both stayed in accommodation provided by that institute during their stay in Princeton and before that job yekkada vastee akkada rented home loo vundee vaaru..

emo Anna at least mediocre like me  in my case and many other cases staying 12 years in same place and many of my friends same in Dallas , NYC, Carolina etc marls   vaste marutamu emo how many days you can hold ? at least I know people who are staying in big metros for a decade , I am not saying we will die in the same home your prime life lo 7 years  anujkuna stay ani cheptuna , again I am not justifying to buy or not to buy every situation is different
