why can’t they simplify the process.. just test the aptidude online and hire based on merit.

Even Im hearing about fake GC… How can they fake GC , I remember even end client does BG checks …

ade kada problem. Our tejalu lied in matrimonials through their as$ and now it is affecting everyone and brides are asking for income proof, health certificate, la blah blah...

fake it until the entire Indian community loses credibility in the employment circles affecting everyone... that's coming... employers are already asking to display DL on the camera during interviews, multiple rounds of interviews, asking to take a coding test live with screen sharing... In future, employers will use monitoring cameras and software to make sure we are working 8 hours a day and not loitering and billing hours

I get your point and mana tejams took it to next level but I know atleast four americans(not just white) who faked their way
