Googlie Posted August 25, 2023 Report Posted August 25, 2023 Let’s suppose a company ABC has a LCA petition in 2022 for $120000 for change of employer H1B visa candidate and now someone is applying for the same role then can they expect or ask for the same base salary 120000$ ? does 120000$ in the LCA petition mean base salary that the company is paying its employee ? Or Do they include any bonuses or 401K matching amount in LCA filed wages? Quote

LCA is a good reference point, obviously it could vastly varies over experience levels in the same band. Quote

bobby12345 Posted August 26, 2023 Report Posted August 26, 2023 LCA is just minimum wage …some companies reflect exactly same salary excluding benefits ….some doesn’t …don’t go by LCA salaries alone … Quote
