Konni areas lo pandemic tarvata prices double ayyayi.. if he bought his home around 2018/2019 for $650K-700K (not unusual at that time), i won’t be surprised that he sold it for $1.4M.. na dosth Frisco lo 550K ki konna home ippudu more than a million undi… 

Frisco area lo 1M + listed homes ki sale history choodu.. most of these homes were bought in the range of 500-700K
