No use of this report. I tried this as i was not at fault in an accident. Insurance companies dont care and wont entertain these.

Try with medical expenses and doctor visits. They will come for settlement.

They offered $500 for doctor visits and $500 for pain . More than that you have to go doctor and submit the bills annadu. Luckily pyhsical ga peddaga yemi avvaledu there was some pain in neck for couple of days . Now it’s totally gone .
