Our db  are more interested in desi dominated areas anna vs generic American market where fundamentals work if the Job market is  stable anna nothing will stop manaollu

There are permanent buydowns and 2-1 buydowns based on different builders but only catch is they want you to go to their preferred lenders usually they have some additional fees akada ikada nikkutaru overall ok option to buydown rate
