President and Rastrapati Bhavan dummies aina they still have to go by the book. Infact there is an official protocol for award ceremonies too and they follow the protocol which has clear established lines as to whom should be invited and whom shall be standing in line to receive the awards. Adi follow avaledu…main reason could be that this marriage was not registered.

Not really. Weddings happened in the last 20 years have been mostly registered but before that weddings register evadu peddaga cheyaledu. That doesn’t mean the marriage is not valid even for official purposes. Ivala kuda rural areas la weddings won’t even get registered…but will be identified as wife and husband. Just an affidavit and witness vunna saripotadi..
