Ideal calculation is 6 sft/yard/floor. That leaves a decent open space on the ground flood. Iyalrepu 2500-3000 Rupees per sft ayitundi construction cost.

lets say nuvvu oka 2000 swft illu kattalanuko 2500 rs per sqft lekkana vesuko... nuvvu anukuna god quality tho vastadi illu... so 2000X2500-3500=50-75L

its not but at the same time, there is no limit to spend on homes also, there are granite for flooring which costs from 1000 rs to 1 lakh per sqft. atlane interior designing kuda neeku 10k lo sofa vastadi 10L lo sofa untadi....

ya manam choice pati untadhi.. up to 2000 varaki potadhi decent normal with some comprise.
