End to end…2400-2500 ayitundi. Out of that 60% cost structure and frame tarvate ayitundi. Borewell and motor ke one lakh ayitundi, water connection ki laksha…these expenses go unnoticed but add up cheyali kada..marble/granite full sheet vadhu tile better anukunte cost comes down by couple of lakhs..above average standards tho pothe 2400- 2500 sft for a triplex.

These days cost for exterior and interior design costs a lot more. 

200 Sq yards difficult to leave space front and back. Better try to leave some space open on front side and also look for "Roof top garden" options.

Don't go Marble flooring. Danger for parents. Same with Bathrooms. All incidents I hear these days are parents injuring in bathrooms.  

Spend on wooden work than lighting gimmicks (Not a big fan).
