just perspective anna

there will be no difference in raising any child

no pros or cons either way

valla feeling might be out of socitiel norms and family pressure nothing more than that

useless topic to spend time on it mentally

If you are financially well of no problem . Otherwise they compare it to other parents and will ask you  Em pekav nuvvu.

daughter always takes care of her parents emotionally. That’s all you need in last stage.

2 girls or 2 boys, usually are very close or don't talk to each other. Extreme cases chusa nenu.

1 girl 1 boy, mostly good relationship. Also they make better partners as they see the other gender at home. Girls knows how boys are and vice versa.

  • Let them make their own decisions. Do not force your opinions on them from childhood.
  • Let them pick their own clothes, let them eat on their own, let them do their chores from an early age.
  • When they do something wrong, listen to their perspective and tell them its OK and explain where they went wrong.
  • When they are running fast or going around in a store (small kids) do not say "padipothav, jagratta" or "pakkane undu lekapothe tappi pothav". Let them fall, let them make their own mistakes. They learn more and fast from their mistakes. Ala ani electric plug lo velu pedtha ani ante pirra meeda okkati veyyi. So every situation is different.
  • Tell them Chandamama or other Moral stories and at the end ask what they have learnt. After you listen tell them what the moral is.
  • Introduce strong characters to them via books or documentaries to inspire them.
