i was in lattu company, aada reviews kuda vundevi kadu. no raises for years. andariki attane vundedi.

look for glassdoor reviews. top reviews are paid or curated. ignore them. read the critical ones and then decide

Depends on how desperate a person is. If its only offer, he/she has to take it. If a person has multiple options, they go to the place that gives most benefits.

if you are ok with walking away you can negotiate hard. lekunte emi avutundo ani tension vunte vadi icheede chalu ani saripettukovali. multiple job offers would be a good situation to be in.

I have not seen many people who look at Glassdoor reviews while getting hired. Usually they try to find someone working in a company and get feed back. Else its mostly decided on compensation/technology working/role and size of company.

Its very rare that someone has a job and looked at Glassdoor reviews and rejected the job. It might help a person only if he has more than 1 good offer and these reviews could be helpful.
