I am looking to buy home in one of the Neighborhood where the School rating were elevated .. Last year Rating was 9.

Now the School rating changed to 5. 

Is it Normal ? Does the school ratings fluctuate so rapidly every year ? House Prices ki impact untada

Don’t look at great schools ratings.. that is not good.. look at niche or school digger for area rankings or state rankings.. any school with a rank less than 300 all over the state is good..

also don’t look at just one year.. a school must consistently perform well over the years.. and not all schools in an ISD are at the same level.. some do consistently bad.. some do very good..

Of course. Most parents with school going kids look for these ratings when buying homes. 9 to 5 drop is big. Usual ga ala undadu. Check the ratings in Zillow and Redfin. Do they show same? Lower rating?

IF you still want to buy there, use it to negotiate the price down.

eye opener post ba.. I saw the rating and school was not doing well from 2016 - 2020 and ratings seems to be elevated for 2021 and 2022 where schools operated online only.
