Very normal for Indian restaurants to fail inspection. They don't maintain standards. Usually manage health inspectors.

I know a friend's wife who is a health inspector in Fremont. They get free food in every restaurant they visit

She did Environmental Science in India. Got a job here easily. They went back to India for 6-7 yrs and came back recently. Got the same old job. Looks like not much competition in this area.

Govt Job. Salary takkuva, but ridiculously good benefits ani vinna. And lots of Respect (or bhayam). Having known them, they may be making side income as well
